Ingredients: Beans Potato Carrot Gobi Green peas Green chilli Mint leafs Coriander Paneer Chilli powder Turmeric G/G paste Garam masala Coriander powder Ajinomoto Salt Curd Cloves (2) Cinnamon Cardammom Star anies Bay leaf Ghee Fried onions Soaked basmati rice (about half n hour) All purpose flour (dough) Saffron Procedure: First start by chopping beans, carrot, gobi, potato, chilli, mint leaves, coriander and paneer into cubes. Fry potatoes, carrots, beans and gobi in oil, untill it becomes 80% tender. Start with marination. take a bowl, put the fried vegetables, green chilli, mint leaves, coriander, curd, chilli powder, turmeric, g/g paste, garam masala, coriander powder, ajinomoto(optional), salt and fried onions. Mix them well and freeze it atleast for 4 hours. Place a sauce pot and put required oil.
