Chicken Haleem

Ingredients: ·        Chicken boneless – 250gm ·        Wheat Rava – 100gm ·        Masoor dal – 50gm ·        Chana dal – 50gm ·        Moong dal – 50gm ·        Urad dal – 50gm ·        Thoor dal – 50gm ·        Brown onion (fried onion slice) – 150gm ·        Green chilli paste – 100gms (2-3 tsp) ·        Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp ·        Garam masala – 1tsp ·        Chilli powder – ¼ tsp ·        Turmeric – ¼ tsp ·        Salt – to taste ·        Ghee – 150gm ·        Oil – 250gm ·        Shajeera – 10gm ·        Cinnamon – 10gm ·        Cardamom – 10gm ·        Clove – 10 gm ·        Pepper corn – 20gm ·        Bay leaf – 1 leaf ·        Milk – 100ml ·        Curd – 100gm ·        Water – 1ltr Procedure: Step 1: ·        Soak chana dal, urad dal, thoor dal, masoor dal and moong dal for 15min. ·        Strain the soaked water and add fresh water. Cook it on a low flame until the dal is completely mashed.

Mutton Haleem

Aloo Samosa

Ingredients: ·        Aloo curry   ( https://chefzvenkat.blogspot.com/2020/04/aloo-podimas.html ) ·        All-purpose flour (Maida) – 250gms ·        Ghee – 2 tsp ·        Salt – for taste ·        Water – 100ml ·        Oil to fry Procedure : ·        Step 1 : take a bowl add all-purpose flour, Salt and ghee and mix well and do crumbling with two hands. ·        Later, add water gradually little by little and mix it like a roti dough. ·        Rest it for 15 min by covering with cloth or plate. ·        Step 2 : make a roti size roundels and press with roti roller (make sure it should be like roti thickness). ·        With the help of fingers apply water (to stick)   to one corner of the pressed roti and make it like cone shape by sticking one end to other . ·        Stuff aloo curry in it, apply water to the opened edges of cone (to stick) and seal it. ·        Take kadai and put it on low flame; add oil in it and fry the stuffed and seale

Moong Dal Kachori

Ingredients : ·        Moong dal stuffing ( https://chefzvenkat.blogspot.com/2020/04/moong-dal-stuffing-for-kachori.html ) ·        All-purpose flour (Maida) – 250gms ·        Ghee – 2 tsp ·        Salt – for taste ·        Water – 100ml ·        Oil to fry Procedure : ·        Step 1 : Take a bowl add all-purpose flour, Salt and ghee and mix well and do crumbling with two hands. ·        Later, add water gradually little by little and mix it like a roti dough. ·        Rest it for 15 min by covering cloth or plate. ·        Step 2 : Make a roti size roundels and press with roti roller (make sure roti should be in medium thickness). ·        Place the moong dal stuffing with the help of spoon in the center of the roti. ·        Seal the kachori roti (with the help of the hands bring the edges in center and press tight and rotate the excess dough and remove it). ·        Gently press the sealed kachori roti   with the help of hand ( Caution :

Moong Dal Stuffing for kachori

Ingredients : ·        Soaked moong dal – 1 cup ·        Gram Flour (besan) – 5 tsp ·        Chilli powder – 1 tsp ·        Turmeric - ¼ tsp ·        Salt – to taste ·        Coriander seeds –   ½ tsp ·        Cumin seeds -   ½ tsp ·        Fennel seeds – ½ tsp ·        Ginger chop – 20 gms ·        Green chilli chop – 5pc ·        Water – 10 ml Procedure : ·        Firstly, Grind Soaked moong dal roughly. ·        Take a kadai put in on a medium flame and add oil, coriander seeds crushed, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, ginger chop and green chilli chop; cook them well until raw flaw of ginger leaves. ·        Add chilli powder, turmeric, gram flour and mix well . ·        At this point of time add grinded moong dal and salt; give it a nice stir and add little water, cook it for 5 min.   Stuffing is ready, let it cool down for next process to make kachori.
