Aloo Samosa
Ingredients:
· All-purpose flour (Maida) – 250gms
· Ghee – 2 tsp
· Salt – for taste
· Water – 100ml
· Oil to fry
Procedure :
· Step 1 : take a bowl add all-purpose flour, Salt and
ghee and mix well and do crumbling with two hands.
· Later, add water gradually little by
little and mix it like a roti dough.
· Rest it for 15 min by covering with
cloth or plate.
· Step 2 : make a roti size roundels and press with
roti roller (make sure it should be like roti thickness).

With the help of fingers apply water (to stick) to one corner of the pressed roti and make it
like cone shape by sticking one end to other .

Stuff aloo curry in it, apply water to the
opened edges of cone (to stick) and seal it.
·
Take kadai and put it on low flame; add oil in
it and fry the stuffed and sealed samosa in low flame.
Caution: Fry samosa in low flame.
