Aloo Samosa





Ingredients:
·       All-purpose flour (Maida) – 250gms
·       Ghee – 2 tsp
·       Salt – for taste
·       Water – 100ml
·       Oil to fry

Procedure :
·       Step 1 : take a bowl add all-purpose flour, Salt and ghee and mix well and do crumbling with two hands.
·       Later, add water gradually little by little and mix it like a roti dough.
·       Rest it for 15 min by covering with cloth or plate.
·       Step 2 : make a roti size roundels and press with roti roller (make sure it should be like roti thickness).
·       With the help of fingers apply water (to stick)  to one corner of the pressed roti and make it like cone shape by sticking one end to other .
·       Stuff aloo curry in it, apply water to the opened edges of cone (to stick) and seal it.
·       Take kadai and put it on low flame; add oil in it and fry the stuffed and sealed samosa in low flame.
Caution: Fry samosa in low flame.
