Moong Dal Stuffing for kachori




Ingredients :
·       Soaked moong dal – 1 cup
·       Gram Flour (besan) – 5 tsp
·       Chilli powder – 1 tsp
·       Turmeric - ¼ tsp
·       Salt – to taste
·       Coriander seeds –  ½ tsp
·       Cumin seeds -  ½ tsp
·       Fennel seeds – ½ tsp
·       Ginger chop – 20 gms
·       Green chilli chop – 5pc
·       Water – 10 ml

Procedure :
·       Firstly, Grind Soaked moong dal roughly.
·       Take a kadai put in on a medium flame and add oil, coriander seeds crushed, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, ginger chop and green chilli chop; cook them well until raw flaw of ginger leaves.
·       Add chilli powder, turmeric, gram flour and mix well .
·       At this point of time add grinded moong dal and salt; give it a nice stir and add little water, cook it for 5 min.  


Stuffing is ready, let it cool down for next process to make kachori.
