Pav bhaji Masala






Ingredients :
·       Onion chop – 100gm
·       Capsicum  - 100gm
·       Carrot dice – 100gm
·       Beetroot dice – 50gm
·       Potatoes dice – 150 gm
·       Tomatoes – 150gms
·       Green peas – 100gms
·       Ghee / butter – 150gm
·       Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbs
·       Ginger chop - 15 gm
·       Garlic chop – 5 cloves
·       Chilli powder
·       Turmeric
·       Garam masala
·       Coriander powder
·       Lemon juice
·       Salt
·       Pav bhaji masala
·       Oil – 100ml
·       Bay leaf – 1leaf
·       Cinnamon – 15gm
·       Coriander leaves


Procedure :
·       Step 1 : Take a pressure cooker and put it on low flame, Add oil in it and let it heat for a while and now add bay leaf, cinnamon, carrot dice, beetroot dice, potato dice, tomato, garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric and some salt to taste; lid on the pressure cooker and coot it till 3-4 whistle.
·       Step 2 : Take a kadai and put it on a medium flame and add ghee/butter, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, garam masala, pav bhaji masala, lemon juice and cook it for a while.
·       Step 3 : Now add the step1 mixture into kadai and cook it for 5 min and mash it with the help of potato masher. Check seasonings add salt if required top it with butter and coriander leaves.

Bhaji masala is ready Serve it with pav.
