Baby Corn Manchuria
Ingredients :

Baby corn
·
Ginger
·
Garlic
·
Ginger garlic paste
·
Corn flour
·
All-purpose flour
·
Onion chop
·
Spring onion chop
·
Green chilli
·
Soy sauce
·
Green Chilli sauce
·
Tomato sauce
·
Vinegar
·
Chilli powder
·
Black pepper powder
·
Garam masala
·
Salt
·
White pepper powder
·
Tasting salt
·
Oil
·
water
Procedure :
·
Chop baby corn into Lozenge cut (Follow the link for types of cuts)(https://chefzvenkat.blogspot.com/2014/10/cuts-of-vegetables.html)

Take a bowl add corn flour, all-purpose flour,
salt, chopped baby corn, salt, black pepper powder and sprinkle some water; mix
well, make sure batter coats well and deep fry them.

Now, take
fry pan put it on a medium flame and add oil, chopped ginger, chopped garlic,
chopped green chilli, chopped onion and toss them.
·
Add ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, vinegar, green
chilli sauce, tomato sauce, chilli powder, garam masala, salt, tasting salt and
very little water; let it boil.

At this point add fried baby corn and toss it
well till the mixture coat the pieces.
·
Add chopped spring onion and toss it well.
Baby corn Manchurian is ready to serve.
