Cheese Balls
Ingredients

Cottage Cheese (paneer)
·
Mash Potatoes
·
Salt
·
Black Pepper Powder
·
Chilli flakes
·
Bread Crumbs
·
Oil (to Fry)
·
All Purpose Flour
·
Water
Procedure :
·
Grate Cottage cheese and add mash potato along
with salt, black pepper powder and chilli flakes; Mix well, make sure all
ingredients mixed well.
·
Make small roundels of the mixture like small
balls.
·
Take a bowl; Mix all-purpose flour and water to
a batter consistency.
·
Take bread crumbs in a tray and keep a side.
·
Step 1: Now take the mixture roundels one by one
and dip in batter.
·
Step 2: role the dipped balls in bread crumbs
and keep a side.
·
Step 3: freeze them at least for 30 min.
·
Deep Fry them in oil with low flame.
Now Cheese balls are ready to serve.
