Dum Ka Murgh



Ingredients:
·       Garam Masala (Clove, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Pepper corn, Bay leaf, Sha jeera, Javitri)
·       Ghee
·       Cashew nut paste
·       Chilli paste
·       Ginger garlic paste
·       Chilli powder
·       Coriander powder
·       Cumin powder
·       Turmeric
·       Salt
·       Curd (Yogurt)
·       Lemon juice
·       Fried brown onion
·       Chicken

Important Note : Chicken should cook in steam. (Dum ka Chicken)
Procedure :
·       Take a bowl and marinate Chicken with all ingredients.
·       Step 1: Add Garam Masala (Clove, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Pepper corn, Bay leaf, Sha jeera, Javitri), Chilli paste, Ginger garlic paste, Chilli powder, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Turmeric, Salt, Lemon juice; Mix well.
·       Step 2: Add Cashew nut paste, Curd, Fried brown onion, Mint leaves, Coriander leaves chop, Oil; Marinate it and freeze it at least for 30min.
·       After 30 min take the marinated chicken and put it in a sauce pot, and add ghee.
·       Seal the sauce pot with lid. (make sure steam should not come out).
·       Cook it in a low flame at least for 20min.

Hot and spicy Dum ka Murgh is ready to serve.
