Vegetable Fried Rice
Ingredients:

90%
cooked long grain basmathi rice
·
Chopped
garlic
·
Chopped
green beans
·
Chopped
carrots
·
Chopped
green chilli
·
Chopped
spring onion
·
Green
peas (optional)
·
Sweet
corn (optional)
·
Mushroom
(optional)
·
Oil
·
White
pepper powder
·
Salt
·
Aromatic
powder or tasting salt (aginamoto)
·
Red
chilli powder (optional)
·
Vinegar
·
Light
soy sauce
Procedure
:
·
Light
on stove, and heat the wok.
·
Add
oil bring it to hot temperature, add green chilli chop, garlic chop, carrot chop, beans
chop,(optional vegetables if required).

Sauté
the vegetables
·
Add
90% cooked rice ,Toss them continuously.
·
Add
white pepper powder, salt, aromatic power or tasting salt, (red chilli powder
if required), vinegar, light soy sauce.
·
Mix
and toss them quickly after adding seasoning.
·
Finally,
add chopped spring onion and toss it; and serve it hot with tomato and green
chilli sauce.
Caution : wok should be on high flame so that
rice won’t stick to the wok.
