Paneer Butter Masala



Ingredients :
·       Paneer
·       Onion chop
·       Green chilli fine chop
·       Ginger garlic paste
·       Garlic chop
·       Cardamom powder
·       Cinnamon powder
·       Kashmiri chilli powder
·       Coriander powder
·       Cumin powder
·       Garam masala
·       Salt
·       Sugar
·       Butter

Procedure :
·       Take a fry pan and put it on a low flame; Add Butter and garlic chop and sauté.
·       Now add Green chilli chop, Chopped onion and sauté them until onion looses its moisture and become translucent.
·       Add Ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala (very little) and salt; mix it well.
·       Now add cashew nut gravy cook it for 5 min until it looses its raw flavor.
·       Add Tomato Gravy and cook it well till butter float on the gravy (it is indication that gravy is cooked completely).
·       At this point of time add Paneer dices and cook it for 5min.
·       Add very little quantity of sugar to balance the sour taste; add dry kasuri methi, Cinnamon powder, cardamom powder and cook it for 2min.
·       Check seasonings, if require add accordingly.

Paneer butter masala is ready to serve; Garnish with Fresh Cream.
