Tomato Rice


Ingredients :
·       Tomatoes
·       Curry leaf
·       Green chilly
·       Garlic chop
·       Ginger chop
·       Onion chop
·       Cashew nuts
·       Chilly powder
·       Salt
·       Turmeric
·       Garam masala
·       Whole masala ( shajeera, clove, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf)
·       jeera
·       Ginger garlic paste
·       Steam rice 85%-90%
·       Oil
·       Ghee

Procedure :
·       Take a wok and put it on flame and add oil, once the oil is hot add whole masala and jeera; sauté them.
·       Add curry leaf, ginger and garlic chop, green chill’s and onion.
·       Let the onion get translucent and golden brown.
·       Then add ginger garlic paste, chilly powder , turmeric, salt and garam masala; Sauté it.
·       Add tomatoes and mix well. Cook them until it release oil out.
·       Add steamed rice and toss it.
·       In another pan add ghee and sauté cashew nuts and top it on the prepared rice and mix well. Check seasonings of salt etc.., if needed add them.

Tomato rice is hot and ready to serve garnish with coriander.
