Tomato gravy
Ingredients:

Tomato
·
Garlic cloves
·
Cinnamon
·
Onion dice
·
Green chilli
·
Cloves
·
Ginger
Procedure:
·
Take sauce pot and add all ingredients into it.
·
Add some water and make it to boil in low flame
at least 30min.
·
Let it cool down and grind it into fine paste.
This gravy can be used for all tomato based
curries.
Caution : Based
on tomato quantity add remaining ingredients, onion, garlic cloves, ginger,
chilli, cinnamon, cloves should be less in quantity ; Tomatoes should be
more in quantity.
