Ingredients: ·        Tomato ·        Garlic cloves ·        Cinnamon ·        Onion dice ·        Green chilli ·        Cloves ·        Ginger Procedure: ·        Take sauce pot and add all ingredients into it. ·        Add some water and make it to boil in low flame at least 30min. ·        Let it cool down and grind it into fine paste. This gravy can be used for all tomato based curries. Caution : Based on tomato quantity add remaining ingredients, onion, garlic cloves, ginger, chilli, cinnamon, cloves should be less in quantity ; Tomatoes should be more in quantity.

Cashew nut gravy

Ingredients: ·        Cashew nut ·        Musk melon seeds (magaj seeds) ·        Onion ·        Poppy seeds (optional) Procedure: ·        Take a sauce pot add cashew nuts, magaj seeds, diced onion, poppy seeds (optional), water make it boil for 20 min in low flame. ·        Let it cool down and grind into fine paste. Cashew nut gravy help to enrich the taste and brings a good appeal to the dish.

Crispy poha potato balls

Ingredients: ·        Poha ·        Mash potato ·        Green chilli ·        Onion ·        All-purpose flour ·        Chilli powder ·        Turmeric ·        Salt ·        Oil ·        Water Procedure: ·        Wash poha and add chopped chilli, chopped onion, mash potato, chilli powder, turmeric, salt and all-purpose flour ·        Mix well all the ingredients. ·        Make roundels of the mixture and deep fry them. Hot and crispy poha potato ball are ready; serve it with tomato ketup.
